A Missouri continuing care retirement community accused of discriminating against a married lesbian couple by denying them admission has asked a federal court to dismiss the case.
The leader of a St. Louis continuing care retirement community said Thursday that he is pleased that a federal sex discrimination suit against the community has been resolved.
