Senior living developer Solinity and real estate investment firm 29th Street Capital plan acquire assets in the Southeast under the brand name Enrich Senior Living, the companies have announced.

Erik Kolacinski is president of Enrich Senior Living, which recently acquired its first community, Shekinah Home, a personal care home in Norcross, GA, that the company is renovating inside and out. The home has been renamed Enrich @ 519.

“We are excited that the exterior will receive a complete facelift. The home is 32 years old and hasn’t seen too many updates over the last few years,” Solinity CEO Josh Crisp said. “Additions will include outdoor updates, features and gardens for the residents to enjoy. All apartments will be newly renovated, as well as the common areas, and added services and amenities.”
