Numerous senior living and care-related companies made the 2024 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, released Tuesday.

Median growth for the 5,000 named companies was 208%, compared with 192% last year.

Companies on the list are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2020 through 2023. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2020. They must be US-based, privately held, for-profit and independent — that is, not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies. The minimum revenue required for 2020 was $100,000; the minimum for 2023 is $2 million. 

San Marcos, TX-based Sodalis Senior Living ranked at No. 1,237 on the list, with three-year growth of 418%. The company, listed in the real estate category, ranked No. 210 in 2023 and No. 4,523 in 2022.

“This achievement is a testament to our team’s unwavering commitment and hard work. We extend our deepest gratitude to our exceptional staff, residents, and their families for contributing to this remarkable accomplishment,” the company said in a press release.

Sodalis, active in Florida, Georgia and Texas, offers assisted living and memory care at more than two dozen locations and independent living at more than a dozen locations.

Meanwhile, several industry-related communities were listed in the health services category of the Inc. 5000.

Innovative Health Services of Americus, GA, came in at No. 3,899, showing three-year growth of 118%. The company operates personal care homes as well as adult day services.

Rendever, which specializes in bringing virtual reality technology to senior living and care, was recognized for the fourth consecutive year.

The company ranked No. 4,949 on the 2024 list, with three-year growth of 75%. The Boston-area software company ranked No. 2,780 in 2023, No. 1139 in 2022 and No. 897 in 2021.

North Palm Beach, FL-based TLC Skilled Care ranked No. 2,592 overall, with three-year growth of 197%.

Monogram Health, a multispecialty home care provider, took the No. 3 spot overall and nabbed the second spot in health services, with three-year growth of 43,848%.

“Our continued meteoric growth shows that our Monogram multispecialty providers delivering evidence-based care, enabled by our advanced managed services risk platform, are exponentially moving the needle on quality, cost and patient experience,” Monogram co-founder and CEO Mike Uchrin stated.

Some other home care companies on the list included No. 1,285 TLC Homecare Services,  No. 2,208 Elder Care Homecare, No. 2,489 Hillendale Home Care, No. 2,900 Elite Homecare, No. 3,691 Wellsprings Home Care Ltd., and No. 3,830 Charter Oak Home Care. Homewell Franchising, which provides personal care, companionship and homemaker services for older adults and other homebound individuals in their homes, took the No. 3,620 slot, with three-year growth of 131%.

HealthFlex Hospice of Oakland, CA, earned the No. 1732 slot this year, with three-year growth of 302%.

This was the organization’s sixth time on the Inc. 5000 list.
