WellQuest Living appoints Connor MacLennan chief investment officer

Connor MacLennan has been appointed chief investment officer of WellQuest Living, based in Salt Lake City.

He will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company’s growth strategy, building new debt and equity relationships, and elevating the company’s portfolio performance. 

MacLennan joins WellQuest Living from PGIM.

Bradley has over 25 years of experience addressing the dietary needs of senior living community residents and patients in healthcare settings. Before joining Benchmark, she was the senior vice president of healthcare and senior living for NexDine.

Amy Murray has been named executive director at Bridges by Epoch at Andover, Andover, MA. 

Murray brings more than a decade of experience in the areas of senior living sales, management and operations to the role. She has served in executive director roles at several other senior living communities throughout New England.

Murray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Iezzi has served LCS and its various communities for the past decade in human resources roles and has more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bryant University and a Master of Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University.

Maureen Horan has been promoted to senior wellness director at Waterstone at Wellesley, an Epoch Senior Living community in Wellesley, MA.

Horan has 45 years of experience as a registered nurse in acute and subacute care. She has served as a nurse manager for long-term care and community healthcare facilities as well as a resident service director in assisted living communities. She also has experience in quality assurance, risk management, and case management. 

Horan holds a nursing degree from the University of Bridgeport.

Annette Balter has been promoted to director of Well Connected at Glendale, CA-based Front Porch.

Well Connected is a nationwide phone and online community meant to bring together people aged 60 or more years to join educational, fun and engaging groups from the comfort of home.

Balter joined Front Porch in 2016 and has lent her support to the Well Connected program for the past six years.

HumanGood CEO John Cochrane added to Perennial Consortium board

John Cochrane, president and CEO of HumanGood, was appointed to Perennial Consortium’s board of directors.

HumanGood, based in Duarte, CA, joined Perennial on Aug. 21, 2024, when HumanGood purchased Christian Living Communities’ shares in the consortium. 

Perennial Consortium is a parent entity of both Perennial Advantage of Colorado and Perennial Advantage of Ohio. Perennial Consortium was formed in 2019 when senior living providers Christian Living Communities (Englewood, CO), Juniper Communities (Bloomfield, NJ), and Ohio Living (Columbus) and managed services partner and risk management company Curana Health joined forces to form Perennial Advantage, an operator-owned Medicare Advantage network.

Cochrane’s appointment to the board “marks a significant opportunity for growth potential for both HumanGood and Perennial Consortium, LLC,” HumanGood said.

Shannon Grieb has been named vice president of sales at Wall Township, NJ-based Springpoint

Grieb has more than 25 years of experience selling and marketing life plan communities. Most recently, she held the role of vice president of marketing and communications at the Philadelphia Protestant Home. She previously held sales and marketing positions for Springpoint at the Meadow Lakes and Monroe Village life plan communities.

Grieb is a graduate of Rider University with an undergraduate degree in business. She is a fellow of LeadingAge PA and a board member of the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association.
