WellQuest Living appoints Connor MacLennan chief investment officer
Connor MacLennan has been appointed chief investment officer of WellQuest Living, based in Salt Lake City.
He will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company’s growth strategy, building new debt and equity relationships, and elevating the company’s portfolio performance.
MacLennan joins WellQuest Living from PGIM.
Charter names Adrienne Shraibman VP of risk management and general counsel
Adrienne Shraibman has been named vice president of risk management and general counsel at Charter Senior Living, based in Naperville, IL.
Shraibman, with a background as an attorney, has experience in risk assessment, compliance and operational excellence.
Benchmark adds Dawn Bradley as VP of culinary
Dawn Bradley has been named vice president of culinary at Benchmark Senior Living, based out of Waltham, MA.
Bradley has over 25 years of experience addressing the dietary needs of senior living community residents and patients in healthcare settings. Before joining Benchmark, she was the senior vice president of healthcare and senior living for NexDine.
Epoch names Amy Murray executive director at Bridges by Epoch at Andover
Amy Murray has been named executive director at Bridges by Epoch at Andover, Andover, MA.
Murray brings more than a decade of experience in the areas of senior living sales, management and operations to the role. She has served in executive director roles at several other senior living communities throughout New England.
Murray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Heritage Pointe adds Shona Kirkpatrick as DON
Shona Kirkpatrick has been named director of nursing at Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne, Fort Wayne, IN.
Kirkpatrick previously worked as a floor nurse and as assistant director of nursing at the community.
LCS appoints Renee Iezzi as HR director at Sagewood
Renee Iezzi has been named human resources director at Sagewood, an LCS community in Phoenix.
Iezzi has served LCS and its various communities for the past decade in human resources roles and has more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bryant University and a Master of Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University.
Epoch promotes Maureen Horan to senior wellness director at Waterstone at Wellesley
Maureen Horan has been promoted to senior wellness director at Waterstone at Wellesley, an Epoch Senior Living community in Wellesley, MA.
Horan has 45 years of experience as a registered nurse in acute and subacute care. She has served as a nurse manager for long-term care and community healthcare facilities as well as a resident service director in assisted living communities. She also has experience in quality assurance, risk management, and case management.
Horan holds a nursing degree from the University of Bridgeport.
Front Porch promotes Annette Balter to director of Well Connected
Annette Balter has been promoted to director of Well Connected at Glendale, CA-based Front Porch.
Well Connected is a nationwide phone and online community meant to bring together people aged 60 or more years to join educational, fun and engaging groups from the comfort of home.
Balter joined Front Porch in 2016 and has lent her support to the Well Connected program for the past six years.
HumanGood CEO John Cochrane added to Perennial Consortium board
John Cochrane, president and CEO of HumanGood, was appointed to Perennial Consortium’s board of directors.
HumanGood, based in Duarte, CA, joined Perennial on Aug. 21, 2024, when HumanGood purchased Christian Living Communities’ shares in the consortium.
Perennial Consortium is a parent entity of both Perennial Advantage of Colorado and Perennial Advantage of Ohio. Perennial Consortium was formed in 2019 when senior living providers Christian Living Communities (Englewood, CO), Juniper Communities (Bloomfield, NJ), and Ohio Living (Columbus) and managed services partner and risk management company Curana Health joined forces to form Perennial Advantage, an operator-owned Medicare Advantage network.
Cochrane’s appointment to the board “marks a significant opportunity for growth potential for both HumanGood and Perennial Consortium, LLC,” HumanGood said.
Mercy Circle nurse Jadwiga Zarebczan wins DAISY Award
Jadwiga Zarebczan, a nurse at Mercy Circle, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in Chicago that is sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, has been named a recipient of the DAISY Award.
The DAISY Award recognizes extraordinary nurses nominated by their peers, residents and family members.

Assisted Living Locators president Angela Olea honored
Angela Olea, president of Scottsdale, AZ-based Assisted Living Locators, has been named to Franchise Dictionary Magazine’s 50 Women of Wonder list.
The list honors women franchisors deemed to be making a difference with their brands. Assisted Living Locators is an agency with 150 franchise locations across 39 states and Washington, DC.
Springpoint names Shannon Grieb VP of sales
Shannon Grieb has been named vice president of sales at Wall Township, NJ-based Springpoint.
Grieb has more than 25 years of experience selling and marketing life plan communities. Most recently, she held the role of vice president of marketing and communications at the Philadelphia Protestant Home. She previously held sales and marketing positions for Springpoint at the Meadow Lakes and Monroe Village life plan communities.
Grieb is a graduate of Rider University with an undergraduate degree in business. She is a fellow of LeadingAge PA and a board member of the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association.
