Annette Greely appointed president, CEO of Jones-Harrison Residence
Annette Greely has been appointed president and CEO of Jones-Harrison Residence, a senior living community in Minneapolis.
She most recently was campus administrator at the Martin Luther Campus of Ebenezer in Bloomington, MN.
Greely earned a certified nursing assistant license and began working as a nursing assistant in Annandale, MN, after high school. She since has worked at several senior living communities across Minnesota in different capacities.
Greely is completing her doctorate of education in leadership at Saint Mary’s University. She began the program in 2017 after going through LeadingAge’s Larry Minnix Leadership Academy. That same year, LeadingAge Minnesota recognized her as one of “50 for the Next 50,” one of 50 “innovative and influential leaders who are charting the course for the next wave of older adult services that will empower Minnesotans to age well and live fully.”
Philadelphia Protestant Home names John J. Dubyk its new president, CEO
The Philadelphia Protestant Home board of directors selected John J. Dubyk as its new president and CEO, effective July 1. Dubyk will succeed Anthony Manzo, who will retire Aug. 31.
The PPH board conducted a national search that lasted several months before hiring Dubyk. His 30 years of experience in senior living includes two positions with PPH, first as controller from 1989 to 1995 and more recently, since 2017, as chief financial officer.
Dubyk completed his undergraduate degree in accounting and his master’s degree in business administration at LaSalle University. He is a licensed nursing home administrator and a certified aging services professional.
Fran St. Fleur named new Vi at Bentley Village director of human resources
Vi at Bentley Village has appointed Fran St. Fleur as director of human resources. In this role, St. Fleur oversees and manages all functions of the human resources department.
St. Fleur has nearly 30 years of experience in human resources, labor relations and change management for several multinational companies, including Berkshire Hathaway, GE Energy and GE Capital. She relocated to Naples two years ago and worked most recently as human resources business manager for NCH Healthcare Systems.
St. Fleur has a master’s degree in industrial / organizational psychology from the University of New Haven, CT, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Norwich University in Vermont. She earned Lean Six Sigma certification while working at GE.
Kathryne West promoted to marketing manager at Penrose Harbor
Kathryne West has been promoted to marketing manager at Penrose Harbor, the on-site health center at Heron’s Key life plan community in Gig Harbor, WA.
West was admissions coordinator at Penrose Harbor for the past three years and previously was assistant admissions coordinator for ManorCare Health Services of Gig Harbor.
In her new role, she will be responsible for marketing and managing the admissions and move-in process for all levels of care at Penrose Harbor, including assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Additionally, West will maintain relationships between Penrose Harbor and community referral sources, including physicians and third-party business professional sources.
West attended Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, WA, where she studied pre-nursing.
Patrick Cotter named managing director at Wedgewood Investment Group
Wedgewood Investment Group has named Patrick Cotter as its new managing director.
Cotter brings four years of experience in the debt and equity industry. He comes to Wedgewood from JLL, where he was a debt and equity capital markets associate.
Cotter holds an MBA in corporate finance and an undergraduate degree in management consulting from the University of Notre Dame.
