Welltower promotes Shankh Mitra, Tim McHugh
Shankh Mitra has been promoted to vice chair, chief operating officer and chief investment officer, and Tim McHugh has been promoted to executive vice president – chief financial officer, at Toledo, OH-based real estate investment trust Welltower.
Mitra formerly was executive vice president – chief investment officer, and McHugh formerly was senior vice president – chief financial officer.
Vi at Bentley Village announces new director of food and beverage
Shepard Drinkwater has been promoted to the position of director of food and beverage at Vi at Bentley Village, a continuing care retirement / life plan community in Naples, FL.
In this role, he will oversee all dining operations for the community’s three full-service restaurants and grab-and-go café in independent living, along with dining services in assisted Living and skilled nursing.
Drinkwater joined Bentley Village in September 2014 as executive chef after serving in the same role with Vi at the Glen in Glenview, IL, for 12 years. He has worked with the Hyatt and Vi companies for almost 30 years.
Drinkwater is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and holds national certifications as an executive chef, dietary manager and food protection professional.
