603Healthcare has assumed management of eight former Genesis HealthCare-owned senior living and care properties in New Hampshire, 603Healthcare announced Monday.

603Healthcare is a “brand new management entity,” owner, lead operator and CEO Sean Sevenson told the McKnight’s Business Daily on Tuesday. The company is so new, in fact, that he said that it doesn’t have its own website yet. The individual facilities and communities, however, each have their own websites up and running.

“We have a tremendous opportunity and responsibility to collaborate with our local healthcare providers and to be a trusted partner in the continuum of care,” Stevenson stated in a Monday press release.

603Healthcare now manages Bedford Hills Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing (formerly the Bedford Hills Center), a skilled nursing facility in Bedford; The Elms Center, a SNF in Milford; Langdon Place of Dover SNF in Dover; Langdon Place of Exeter, a senior living community in Exeter; Langdon Place of Keene, an assisted living and memory care community in Keene; Langdon Place of Nashua, an assisted living and memory care community in Nashua; Mineral Springs, a SNF in North Conway; and Wolfeboro Bay Center, a SNF in Wolfeboro.

A native of New Hampshire, Stevenson brings to his new role more than 27 years of experience in long-term care operations.

“We are dedicated to being a reliable resource that this community can depend on to provide the highest quality care and to fulfill our mission: to enhance the lives of each person we serve through the compassionate efforts of our energized and engaged team,” he said.
