Mark your calendars. The McKnight’s Long-Term Care News Fall Online Expo is coming in one week.

Participants in the annual event, this year to be held Thursday, Sept. 17, will be able to earn up to three continuing education credits, all from the convenience of their computers.

The virtual doors will open at 10:30 a.m. ET.

Webinars:

  • 11 a.m. ET — “Lessons from the Front Lines of COVID-19,” with Cassie Diner, RN, BSN, clinical product manager for MatrixCare;
  • 1 p.m. ET — “Engage and Retain: Five Steps for Decreasing Turnover in a COVID-19 World,” with Kristin Baird, RN, BSN, president of the Baird Group; and 
  • 2:30 p.m. ET — “Mental Health in Senior Care: The Impact of COVID-19 on Your Residents and Staff,” Gigi Acevedo-Parker, clinical risk leader, and Wendy King, director of health and performance, South Region, HUB International.

The event also will include virtual booths of industry vendors, where visitors can learn about the latest products and industry trends.
