Real estate development company Mainstreet has been recognized by Entrepreneur as having one of the top cultures in the nation. Mainstreet secured a number 15 spot in the medium enterprise category on the inaugural Top Company Cultures list, a ranking of U.S.-based businesses exhibiting cultures created in partnership with software and service provider CultureIQ.

Mainstreet is being recognized for creating a culture that drives employee engagement, exceeds employee expectations and directly affects company success. Mainstreet’s rank began with the company’s score across 10 qualities of culture: collaboration, innovation, agility, communication, support, wellness, work environment, responsibility, performance focus and mission and value alignment. Those scores then were combined with the employee “Net Promoter Score” to create a cumulative CultureIQ Score.

“To have Mainstreet’s culture recognized by Entrepreneur is rewarding and humbling,” said Zeke Turner, founder and CEO of Mainstreet. The full list of 75 companies, including core insights, behaviors and attributes that have helped to shape the high-performing cultures can be found online at Entrepreneur.com.
