Des Moines, IA-based Life Care Services is one of just 57 employers nationwide and the only senior living company to earn a 2023 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, the company announced last week. This is the first time LCS has been selected for Gallup’s invitation-only award.
As employers have worked to regroup after the pandemic, “a subset of companies across multiple industries and geographies made adjustments and built cultures that thrive in the new work environment,” according to Gallup.
