Newly formed Kintura will establish a permanent headquarters with the purchase of two adjacent office buildings in Greensboro, NC, that previously housed the offices of Windsor Homes.

Approximately 50 to 60 employees will work in the new headquarters after some design adjustments are made to better serve the company’s needs, according to a press release. Renovations are expected to be completed by the end of first quarter.

“We are excited that we’ve found the ideal home for Kintura. It will be great to have all of our team members in one location, a place that is centrally located with easy access to all our communities and other programs,” co-CEO Tim Webster said in a statement.

Webster, the former president and CEO of Brightspire, is co-CEO of Kintura along with Stephen Fleming, former president and CEO of The Well-Spring Group.

Fleming noted that Kintura will maintain a lease arrangement for a portion of one of the new buildings with Total Computer Solutions

The Well-Spring Group and Brightspire officially became one not-for-profit entity on Oct. 1. The companies had formally agreed to merge in March.

The merger, according to the firms, establishes Kintura as the largest not-for-profit senior living and care organization in North Carolina and within the top 40 not-for-profit senior living and care organizations across the nation. The organization is made up of five owned and managed continuing care retirement / life plan communities, as well as additional services and programs in North Carolina.

Kintura’s CCRC portfolio in North Carolina includes:

  • Glenaire in Cary,
  • River Landing at Sandy Ridge in High Point,
  • Scotia Village in Laurinburg,
  • The Village at Brookwood in Burlington and
  • Well-Spring in Greensboro.

The company’s portfolio also includes Well-Spring Solutions, which offers home- and community-based services for older adults; a partnership in two affordable senior housing communities in Raleigh, NC; and the majority partnership in PACE of the Triad, a focused Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly serving Forsyth, Guilford, Rockingham, Stokes and Surry counties.

Both organizations are equally contributing to funding Kintura’s launch. The charitable foundation arms of both organizations remain unchanged and in place.
