Jenny Graham has been named director of operations for Cleveland, TN-based Century Park Associates. She most recently led the company’s mountain region, based in Aurora, CO.
In her new position, Graham’s responsibilities include oversight, support and encouragement for the executive directors and associates in the company’s 44 assisted and independent living centers in 20 states. She formerly was a regional vice president for Life Care Centers of America in the mountain states division—in several locations, Century Park and Life Care share campuses—then transitioned to the regional role with Century Park. Her career path includes service with skilled nursing, assisted and independent living communities and memory care programs.
Graham’s formal education includes an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Ashford University.
