A $10 million renovation at Fountain View Village in Fountain Hills, AZ, redesigns all common areas and apartments and upgrades all community amenities in the independent living segment.

The community recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the project’s completion.

The rental community is managed by Life Care Services and offers a continuum of care that includes independent living, assisted living and memory care.

“We are over the moon about the transformation that has made our community even more beautiful and vibrant,” Fountain View Village posted on Facebook.

The community’s one- and two-bedroom rental apartments, dining venues, salon, theater, reception and lobby, library, corridors and lounges have been updated for a “more modern and inviting contemporary design,” the community said in a press release. Tall, stacked stone pilasters and hearth decorative wood with lights are meant to add a warm reception to the building’s rotunda, which also features a double-sided fireplace.

New features available to residents include multiple dining options in a “resort-style dining atmosphere,” health and wellness programs and various activities, classes and clubs.

Still to come as part of the makeover will be a sports court area including a gazebo, pickleball court and putting green. The new outdoor recreational space is anticipated to be completed early next year.
