Coventry Holdings of Minnesota has opened its 18th Suite Living Senior Care community, in White Bear Lake, MN. The company has another six new communities slated to break ground later this year or next.
“We are proud and excited to be opening our 18th Suite Living community in order to be able to further serve the needs of the senior citizens in our communities,” Tim C. Eppler, a partner at Coventry, said in a press release.
Suite Living communities are located in suburban areas throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul region of Minnesota. All of the communities are owned by Coventry and are professionally managed by Suite Living Senior Care Inc., a wholly owned division of Coventry.
The newest community follows a single-story floor plan that is identical to the other Suite Living communities. With 21,500 square feet, each residence has 32 single-occupant units meant for both assisted living and memory care residents. The communities also provide hospice care and spiritual care.
“Our mission is to create a compassionate, faith-filled environment that helps each individual achieve their highest level of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being,” according to the company.
