Birmingham, AL-based Atlas Senior Living and affiliate company Salta Capital have acquired three senior living communities in Florida and plan $1.5 million in renovations.

The communities, in the Orlando, FL, submarkets of Clermont, Ocoee and Oviedo, offer assisted living and memory care.

“The acquisition underscores Atlas Senior Living’s commitment to expanding its footprint and enhancing senior living solutions in Florida and the Southeastern United States,” the company said Monday.

“With deep insights into these local markets and an intimate knowledge of our communities, we are not only dedicated to our residents but also proud to be a company of choice for current and future team members,” Atlas co-founder, President and CEO Scott Goldberg said Monday. “In addition, our Florida-based regional team — including sales, operations and clinical — exemplifies the impact we strive to make, ensuring a positive and enriching environment for seniors.”

Founded in 2013 Atlas owns and operates 35 senior living communities across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
