The American College of Health Care Administrators has rescheduled its 2020 Convocation & Expo for Aug. 30 to Sept. 2 in New Orleans, the group announced Wednesday.

Those who previously registered for the original dates of May 3 to 6 will remain registered for the new dates, the organization said.

“We are excited to build on the success of our past two national meetings,” ACHCA President and CEO Bill McGinley said. “Our programs will help the attendees not only be better administrators; they will become better leaders. As the healthcare environment continues to shift, our educational experiences will focus on developing skill sets that prepare post‐acute and long‐term care professionals to be better prepared to handle today’s new challenges.”

ACHCA said it expects 300 administrators, executives and other leaders in post‐acute care and aging services to gather to network, learn and celebrate award winners.

The meeting will include ACHCA’s annual student poster exposition, award ceremonies and social activities that allow for professional networking and peer‐to‐peer learning. For more information, see ACHCA’s website.
