Glenmeadow names Rania Kfuri VP of philanthropy, sales and marketing

Rania Kfuri has been named vice president of philanthropy, sales and marketing of Glenmeadow, a life plan community in Longmeadow, MA.

Kfuri most recently served the Baystate Health Foundation as philanthropy officer and previously worked with the Smith Fund at Smith College. She also is active in a variety of community initiatives, including serving on the boards of the Martin Luther King Jr. Family Services, Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts and Revitalize CDC.

Kendal adds two at Enso Village

Rev. Fa Jun Christopher Real has been named spiritual life director, and Ann Nakiyuka has been named residential care facility for the elderly administrator at Enso Village, an affiliate of the Kendal Corporation in Healdsburg, CA.

Real’s spiritual background includes roles as a Ch’an Buddhist priest and a leader in Vajrayana practices. His experience with meditation, yoga and qigong has equipped him to offer spiritual support through practices like the Five Wishes Documents and memorials.

Nakiyuka has experience in operational management and resident care, focusing on empowerment and engagement for staff and residents.

Lifespace taps Phyllis DeLaricheliere as executive director at The Craig

Phyllis DeLaricheliere has been named the executive director at The Craig in Amarillo, TX.

DeLaricheliere has almost 20 years of experience in senior living, most recently serving as an executive director of Sunrise Senior Living. She also has held leadership roles at Brookdale Senior Living and Benchmark Senior Living.

In addition to her senior living operations experience, DeLaricheliere serves as an educator and consultant on how to care for loved ones living with dementia.

Carol Pahde has been named the executive director of The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence in Clinton, TN. 

Pahde has spent the majority of her career in hospitals, starting in admissions. She has a master’s degree in nursing with an emphasis in leadership from the University of Memphis.

ShiftKey appoints Ashish Pagey as VP of artificial intelligence

Ashish Pagey has been named the vice president of artificial intelligence at Dallas-based technology company ShiftKey

She will spearhead efforts to integrate AI strategically into ShiftKey’s business and product strategies. This effort includes building processes for evaluating opportunities, developing AI models and deploying them responsibly.
