Front Porch names Anna Hall chief culture and community officer
Anna Hall has been named chief culture and community officer at Glendale, CA-based Front Porch Communities and Services.
Hall is the creator and founder of The Purpose Equation. She is a certified life coach and speaker with experience in employee and team engagement, training, program development and technology management.
Her 25-year career in senior living has included a blend of sales, marketing, life enrichment, program development, coaching, training, technology management and operations leadership.
Springpoint appoints Michael Locurcio corporate director
Michael Locurcio has been named corporate director of project planning and facilities management at Springpoint, based in Wall Township, NJ.
Locurcio has more than 20 years of project planning/construction management and facilities management experience within several industries. Before joining Springpoint, Locurcio was senior vice president of facilities and operations at Cambridge Retirement Living.
Locurcio received his Bachelor of Science in marketing and business administration at Saint Joseph’s University.
Abbey at Westminster Plaza adds Maria Alvarado as executive director
Maria Alvarado has returned to The Abbey at Westminster Place, Houston, to be the executive director.
Alvarado previously was The Abbey’s marketing director. She also spent more than 20 years in print and digital marketing and advertising at the Houston Chronicle.
Preserve of Roseville hires Kristel Lastine as executive director
Kristel Lastine has been named executive director of The Preserve of Roseville, Roseville, MN.
Most recently, Lastine was executive director at Great Lakes Management/Hayden Grove in St. Anthony, MN. In addition, she formerly held executive leadership positions at Transforming Age/Heathers Manor and Benedictine Health System.
Lastine earned a Master of Arts degree in health and human service administration from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and sociology from the College of Saint Benedict. She is licensed as both an assisted living director and a nursing home administrator by the Minnesota Board of Executives for Long-Term Supports and Services.
Lantern at Morning Pointe community taps Jenniffer Spears to be executive director
Jenniffer Spears has been named the executive director of The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Franklin in Tennessee.
Spears has worked for Morning Pointe Senior Living for more than seven years and recently was the senior business office director for the company’s Cumberland Region.
HealthPRO Heritage names Paul Shaw executive chairman and CEO
Paul Shaw has been named executive chairman and CEO of HealthPRO Heritage, a national company providing therapy, consulting and strategy expertise across the care continuum, including senior living.
Shaw co-founded Heritage Healthcare in 1999, which went on to merge with HealthPRO in 2013. He brings more than three decades of experience in the rehabilitation therapy industry through his roles as founder and president of Heritage Healthcare, and president of HealthPRO Heritage.
KARE announces Robb Chapin as vice chairman
Robb Chapin has been named vice chairman of KARE, a Houston-based leading digital labor marketplace for senior living providers and others.
Chapin is joining the company following a career in senior housing that includes serving as the CEO of Bridge Seniors Housing Fund Manager and Bridge Senior Living, where he still serves on the board. He has served on KARE’s board for five years.
GrandPad adds Grace Dolan as chief marketing officer
Grace Dolan has been named the chief marketing officer at GrandPad, a Minneapolis-based digital technology brand.
Dolan brings almost 20 years of experience in global brand strategy, digital and performance marketing from companies such as Samsung, Frontier Communications and J&J Consumer.
Parasol Alliance CEO Amber Bardon honored as a ‘Best and Brightest CEO’
Amber Bardon, founder and CEO of Parasol Alliance, has been named a Best and Brightest CEO in the Nation by the National Association for Business Resources.
The selection process for the award was conducted by an independent research firm, which evaluated CEOs from across the nation based on an analysis of their business operations. To be eligible, people must be CEOs of companies in business for at least three years, have gross revenues of at least $1 million and have at list 20 employees.
